Tümad Madencilik, Pebble Recirculation Feeding System
Location: Lapseki / Çanakkale
At the Tümad Madencilik Lapseki plant, a system solution for feeding trommel oversize pebbles back to the mill was approved. Engineering calculations, 3D design, detailed fabrication drawings, manufacturing, installation and commissioning were completed and the project was handed over. Process equipment within the scope includes:
Project Scope
- 10 tph dewatering screen
- Screen underflow diverter chute
- B=500×15 m, 30 tph elevator feed conveyor
- B=200×9 m, 30 tph pebble elevator
- B=500×3 m elevator discharge / mill feed conveyor
- B=1000×5 m mill feed conveyor
- Steel structure platforms for screen, conveyor and elevator
- Various Hardox 450 lined chutes
